FilingsIQ offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
All paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of any notes, theses, or memos you create using the Service. SEC filings and market data remain in the public domain or are subject to their respective providers' terms.
FilingsIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, analyses, and research documents. AI-generated content is provided for informational and research purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated output. FilingsIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
FilingsIQ is a research tool, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilingsIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FilingsIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
